Sponsor the 2025 Governor's Cup Regatta!
Veterans Forever Inc. will be bringing back the Governor’s Cup Regatta in June of 2025. Veterans Forever Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization established to honor all those that have served this great country and sacrificed so much for our freedoms. Veterans Forever Inc. honors all veterans by donating flags and flag poles for the veterans’ home.
In the past the Governor’s Cup Regatta was one of the most respected racing events in the Midwest, the Regatta attracts some of the fastest inboard hydroplanes throughout the country and Canada to our beautiful lake here in Celina. We are expecting between 60-90 boats to compete on our race course here on Grand Lake along Lake Shore Drive. With over 20,000 spectators watching the action, this is a great sponsorship opportunity.
We are reaching out for your support to bring this race back to our beautiful lake and community. The event will be free for the community to enjoy. We will also have food vendors on site and a beer garden donated by the Celina Rotary.
